It’s great that you are interested in registering with us, we understand you want to be up and running as quick as possible, and we want to make the process as easy as possible. We have designed an easy registration, fast filling in online form which takes few minutes to complete. Your account will then be reviewed and activation email will be confirmed, usually within couple of hours.
If you change your mind, we’ll be happy to offer you a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You can email us and inform us of your decision at email@example.com.
A physical office address from which the address is only used for such things as registering with Company House or for customers to see an office address rather than a home address.
The customer can use the address to receive letters, register with Company House, put on their website and many other things but they can not physically operate from the office address.

We take security seriously so even on our homepage we use ‘HTTPS’ which the ‘s’ at the end stands for secure. All the way from the least sensitive to the more, we use security methods to protect our customers.

The joining process
Yes, you need to email us proof of your identity and also proof of your UK address.
Yes, we will need those documents to confirm identity.
For ID a passport, driving license or similar. For address a government letter, bank statement, utility bill or similar.
The registration address must be the same as the document that proves your address, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Currently, we don’t allow customers to collect letters from our premise for security reasons.
We try our best to send it out the day we receive it.
If you receive a letter that is not included in your service, you have the choice of paying a small fee to forward it to you. Otherwise it will be held in our premise for 14 days after which we will return it back to sender.
You may purchase business credits to top-up your allowance. To purchase business credits please login to the website where it can be found under your account.
We email you when you receive a letter and it has been dispatched to you.
Simply purchase the same or different package from the ‘Packages’ page.
We send all letters through Royal Mail using the First Class service
Due to Anti-fraud measure, you will need to email us the new address with proof of Address (There is a £5 admin fee).
We allow parcel forwarding, however, there is a fee attached to this service and you will need to let us know in advance. Please email us for price details.
We do not charge VAT because we are not VAT registered.
