How long does it take to register?

It’s great that you are interested in registering with us, we understand you want to be up and running as quick as possible, and we want to make the process as easy as possible. We have designed an easy registration, fast filling in online form which takes few minutes to complete. Your account will then be reviewed and activation email will be confirmed, usually within couple of hours.

What is your refund policy?

If you change your mind, we’ll be happy to offer you a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You can email us and inform us of your decision at info@cheapvirtualoffice.co.uk.

What is a Virtual Office Address?

A physical office address from which the address is only used for such things as registering with Company House or for customers to see an office address rather than a home address.

How does a virtual address work?

The customer can use the address to receive letters, register with Company House, put on their website and many other things but they can not physically operate from the office address.

Why should I choose you?

We offer the lowest prices on the market for a London office address. All while delivering great customer service

Is your website secure?

We take security seriously so even on our homepage we use ‘HTTPS’ which the ‘s’ at the end stands for secure. All the way from the least sensitive to the more, we use security methods to protect our customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We have a secure payment gateway. You have the option to pay by your bank card or Paypal.

Is there anything I need provide in order to purchase any of the services?

Yes, you need to email us proof of your identity and also proof of your UK address.

Do I need to send you Proof of ID and Address to use your service?

Yes, we will need those documents to confirm identity.

What types of proofs are accepted?

For ID a passport, driving license or similar. For address a government letter, bank statement, utility bill or similar.

The address I used to register is different to the document I provided to prove my address. Will it be accepted?

The registration address must be the same as the document that proves your address, otherwise it will not be accepted.

After registration


Can I come and pick up my letters?

Currently, we don’t allow customers to collect letters from our premise for security reasons.

How quickly will you process my mail?

We try our best to send it out the day we receive it.

Do you hold letters if I don’t have the right service?

If you receive a letter that is not included in your service, you have the choice of paying a small fee to forward it to you. Otherwise it will be held in our premise for 14 days after which we will return it back to sender.

I’ve used all my letter forwarding allowance. What options do I have?

You may purchase business credits to top-up your allowance. To purchase business credits please login to the website where it can be found under your account.

How will I know I have received a letter?

We email you when you receive a letter and it has been dispatched to you.

How do I renew?

You can renew from the packages page on our website. Please remember to log in before purchasing again. You will also receive a reminder email before you account expires with full details how to renew.

What courier and post service do you use?

We send all letters through Royal Mail using the First Class service

Can I change the Forwarding Address?

You may change your forwarding address however, we will need a new copy of your proof of address.

Can I receive parcels?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any parcel services at the moment.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

We do not include any VAT charge with our price. Feel free to contact us for more details.
