Any mail addressed to your business is received by us, securely processed, and then forwarded to the address you provide us.
How long does it take to set up?
We strive to get you up and running as swiftly as possible. Typically, we activate accounts on the same working day.
What if I receive a letter that is not included in my package?
Should you receive a letter beyond your package, you have the flexibility to upgrade or add additional services.
What is Business Letters?
Any letter that is not from Companies House & HMRC, are known as “business letter”. 
What is 30 business letters?
This means we will forward 30 letters to you free of charge by post to your address.
What happens if I receive more than 30 letters in the year?
Not to worry. You can easily add more letter credit via your account dashboard. We have a top-up system available.
How many companies does each packages cover?
Each of our packages covers one company per subscription.
Do you offer additional services such as mail scanning?
Yes, we offer mail scanning. The cost is additional £29.99 a year. This includes us scanning it before it gets posted. This can be added via your dashboard.
Will I need to provide any documents to use your address?
Yes, to ensure compliance with government regulations, we’ll need copies of your Proof of Identification and Proof of Address. These documents are necessary to meet legal requirements and maintain the integrity of our services.”
